The KCA (Kiowa, Comanche and Apache Tribes) is in need of a new building. The project was stopped due to supply chain issues/Covid. The building name was to be Bureau of Trust Fund Administration. It has a court room, Tribal offices and police administration offices.

The duel entries separating the every-day tribal uses from the law enforcement and legal uses  while allowing for a shared Court Room was a design layout success. The use of fixed exterior window shade devices gave the exterior a modern element.
