Between Southmoore bid packages, MHS received construction too. New Administration Offices and Commons area connected 3 existing buildings at 3 different elevations creating a single facility where student no longer had to go outside to change classrooms.  Planning to add the full digital theater, theater support spaces, and music room from Southmoore were designed into the layout and built the next bond cycle. MHS requested design options and was offered 3 concepts to choose from.

 

Creating several New Entry concept choices for the project was an exercise of exuberance. The co-creation aspect of this design approach lends itself to “branding” of the building by giving owners more input.
